Designing a website that is personalised to your needs means we require what your needs are before we can discuss pricing. Rossco-Designs (RD) quotes each website individually. The initial consultation of design

Consultations can take place in person, over the telephone or through email.

Number of pages

• The amount of pages you would require on your website. This would include a contacts and forms page etc.

SEO or search engine optimization friendly pages

• Pages can be coded to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standard, for HTML and CSS. This will be determinded by your needs.

Sitemap

A sitemap is basically a single page which maps out all the pages that appear on a website. This map will link to each page and be categorised by sections and subsections. The Sitemaps Protocol allows a webmaster to inform search engines about URLs on a website that are available for crawling.

Forms

Forms is a way that a customer can contact you about a given topic or submitting an enquiry. This information is sent through a web page and can either be stored in a database or sent to an email adress.

Maintenence

We have a two tier structure for our web designs. We can undertake the maintanence of your site with a set price plan (subject to review every 12 months) for basic updates. With this in mind, any over haul or major updates to your site will encur a higher charge. The other option is for us to sign over the site in it's completed form to you, so you can undertake the management and updates yourself.

• This will be subject to a higher costing as there will be a need to create full documentation on the site structure, graphic design files and any other relative files. CMS or Content Management System will be put in place that allows you to take control of your site content. Please be aware that more than a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript coding will be required.
