Sitemap
A sitemap is basically a single page which maps out all the pages that appear on a website. This map will link to each page and be categorised by sections and subsections. The Sitemaps Protocol allows a webmaster to inform search engines about URLs on a website that are available for crawling. This is one of the basic elements of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) which many companies charge excess fees to implement.
Forms
Forms is a safe way that customers/clients can contact you about a given topic or submitting an inquiry. This information is sent through a web page and can either be stored in a database or sent to pre-defined email address. We can implement spam protection measures that will reduce unwanted and potentially harmful spam mail. Maintenence
We can undertake the maintenance of your site with updates being quoted per request. We have a ticket and account system for our clients to keep an online record of work already undertaken, any tickets raised for current work and downloadable PDF invoices.
The other option is for us to sign over the site in a completed form to you, based on prior agreed terms so you can undertake the management and updates yourself. Full training is available for using the Management System but requires more than the basic understanding of HMTL and CSS markup language.
